Naval Air Station Kingsville is a US Navy air base located in Kieberg County, near Kingsville, Texas. Naval Air Station Kingsville together with Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, are under the Navy Region Southeast which has headquarters at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. These bases are under the Navy organization known as Commander, Naval Installations. Naval Air Station Kingsville complements the Naval Air Station Corpus Christi by operating single engine aircraft with higher performance.

Naval Air Station Kingsville is one of the major training bases for the US Navy’s jet aviation training. It has the primary mission of training tactical jet pilots for the US Navy and the US Marine Corps. Because of this, it is now home to Training Squadron Twenty-One and Twenty-two, the Naval Branch Clinic Kingsville, and the Training Air Wing Two.
